The CIDSE Advising Center is seeking student volunteers to join our CIDSE Mentor team. CIDSE Mentors are continuing students in all majors within CIDSE who participate in events such as Fall Welcome, New Student Orientation, Student Mixers, etc. CIDSE Mentors serve as advocates for new students and help them navigate their way through their new major at ASU. CIDSE Mentors can participate in as many or as few events as they would like. If you are interested in becoming a CIDSE Mentor, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Fulton School is hosting the third annual Engineering Open House, DiscoverE Day, on February 28, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. This event will attract third through eighth grade students, with hands-on activities and fun demonstrations—like bottle rockets, rubber band car races and trebuchet launching—that showcase the talent and ingenuity of our engineering faculty and students, and inspire the next generation of engineers. Students will participate in activities and learn about engineering. We encourage you to get involved and be part of the success of the Engineering Open House (engineering.asu.edu/openhouse).
CIDSE is home to some robust student organizations. This is a great way to network and enhance your resume! Visit http://studentorgs.engineering.asu.edu/orgs-teams for a complete list of these groups.
